Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If you wish to cancel your enrolment on a course, a full refund will be applicable if this cancellation is made within 14 calendar days of making payment. Please note that the fee is non-refundable from 14 days after payment and 14 days before the course starts.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, withing 5 working days.
